Redi's most common and favourite mediums are acrylics and oil pastels, and usually both at once. ON thick framed paper or large canvases.

Redi uses often bright earthy colour. Their nature is very blending or compassionate, or of similar shades of. He also incorporates silvers, golds and coppers. He often uses amongst the similar nature colours; iridescent paint which can turn a painting into something totally different when shifting it in the light. An almost 3D feel with merging images creating a surrealistic affect.

Landscapes, Seascapes, mindscapes and escape-scaper, paintings that represent pure emotion and subconsciousness. Abstract shapes and colour with no form but full of emotional content. The land and sea-scapes quite often take on a larger than life feel or with a sneaking surreal edge to them. Red also paints famous characters and or auspicious events in history but mostly is inspired by nature and the illusions it throws on the eyes. "Natural tripessence"! To quote the man himself.

Red's artwork has healing oceanic qualities, peaceful but energetic themes. Vibrant colours are unavoidably uplifting, some are hypnotic either in a tranquil way or in a busy way. Compassionate colours blend fresh air and new light to the onlooker, they also give off an ageless vibe and or from a time when things were a lot different; like the 60s. A period in life's history that Red seems to connect with very strongly. 60's yellows and oranges of a forgotten time.
