Red C. Whyte's spiritual name is...

A name that was given to him from Osho Commune in India where Red spent 2 separate trips in 96 & 98 studying in the ashram hearing special meditation techniques and studying the Indian instrument, the sitar... which Red has used all thru his recordings.
Red also studied Iyengar and Astanga yoga in his time in India and still incorporates a yoga practice in his week around family, moonlight surfing and late night gigs.
The Indian studies have played a definitive flavour in the elements of Red's music and always will.
Red is currently on a surf challenge to try and surf most days in 2007, like he did in 2004.
Red no longer teaches Yoga in Torquay, but attends classes in Melbourne, Geelong, Bell's Beach, Lorne & Warnabool.
